Spanish to English

​The [Edited: Language] technicians can't tell  customers how to change from Spanish to English on certain programs.​

​Simply hit the down arrow while listening to the program.  Move left to sap.  Note check mark on Spanish. Highlight English.  Check mark it. Hit it again.  ​

​Why can't xfinity teach that to customer service employees?​
