Spanish subtitles

user_77cy87 Hello there! Thank you for creating the post with us on our Xfinity Forums for help with the subtitles appearing in Spanish. I'm sorry that the subtitles are not showing correctly. I would love to help out. I have 2 sons that are always making noise so no matter how loud I make the TV I'm still missing things, so I use the subtitles as well. The feature is very important in my home, so I'm sure they are the same for your home. 

It's possible that the settings were changed causing the subtitles to show in Spanish. If you use the voice remote and say subtitles in English, that should return the subtitles to the English language. Can you please let me know if this helps us out?
