sounds of the seasons channel not updating to christmas music

For some reason, my X1 boxes have not updated to Christmas music on Sounds of the Seasons channel this weekend, but when I use my Roku or iphone/ipad and Xfinity Stream, the Sounds of the Seasons is playing Christmas music.  I have restarted the each of the boxes, and still no luck

user_0knrmu I would make sure your box has completed an update recently. I was able to test a few different boxes and all are getting Christmas music. If you have skipped an update or the box was offline it may not have been able to complete a daily update.

As far as I'm concerned, Christmas does not start until the day after Thanksgiving!

@user_zt4e5n I am sorry it has not updated. Have you rebooted your modem or used the Xfinity App to troubleshoot?

To be honest, rebooting everything is a waste of time. When you "tune" to a channel, the box talks to a server which then tells it where to tune to or get a feed from Comcast's servers. It's that command server that needs to be updated.
