Sound Output

I notice with new soundbar some channels are Dolby Digital 5.1 and others say Dolby Digital 2. I'm using a Tivo Bolt with Dolby On. I even see Premium channels showing Dolby Digital 2. Is this correct not all Comcast channel sound is output with Dolby Digital 5.1 ?
