We are having a problem with the audio quality on the NBC national news broadcasts, like Today, NBC national news. It comes in in mono instead of 5.1. Local and TV shows are fine. Other channels are fine. I rebooted my X1 box, no change. Is there a regional problem?
I am still having a problem with NBC. National news comes in to me in mono, only out of 1 of my 5 speakers. Local works fine. Today show and national news are a problem. I am in West Palm Beach, FL. Why hasn’t Xfinity done something with all of these comments?
