Single channel not working correctly

Bally sports southeast hasn’t worked right since the Bally channels were brought back August 1st. I have spoken with Xfinity on several occasions with no resolution. All other channels work fine. Has anyone else had these issues

Thank you for connecting with us here in our community, @user_j1qwee, about your trouble with the Bally Sports channel. We would be happy to help. Have you already unplugged and restarted your cable box to see if that will help clear up any issues?

It worked ok for a couple of weeks and is now doing same hung again. I can tune to BSSE after a Braves telecast and it works fine with other programs on this network. Someone please help. I have contacted Xfinity and get the canned response, power box down and repower it, same issies

I'm having the same issue now and xfinity seems unable to fix the problem.  I'm so frustrated with xfinity. My friends with Fubo and Direct have no issues and can see it fine. And xfinity's support is awful.  And all this after I had to pay more for the Ultimate package to supposedly get the Bally channels.
