Service issues call And they get worse

Too many Xfinity assistant sessions to count, 90+ min calls and mult live chats.  My service issues get worse the deeper I go.  I think I have a simple they refuse to acknowledge and can’t fix. Why am I paying for full cable?! I must be the crazy one. Can anyone tell me the secret to get to a true supervisor with some logic and common sense?! Please advise!!
