sec network on espn is pixalting

all other channels are working fine but the tenn football game on 792 sec network  is badly pixelating

@user_h122z6 So that we don't go over something you've already done, can you please share with me what troubleshooting steps have you completed on your own? Have you by any chance used the Xfinity app to reset the cable box? How about a power cycle, have you tried that?

ive replaced all the hardware, rest more times than i can count, had a rep replace all wired boxes with wireless. finally got  a tech who found the line at the street had water, yes water, in it. They replaced it today. The pixelation is gone but the gateway still requires frequent resets
