Horrible! It's unwatchable. I tried reporting to Comcast but that's the biggest joke in the world. I also tried reporting the following test via the app but that got nowhere. I cannot get past the bot attendant which has the comprehension capabilities of an earthworm.
Here's the deal Comcast/Xfinity:
I am in the Nashville area and am reporting a persistent Xfinity TV channel-feed problem. The Spot – Nashville 28 (WNPX) is severely glitching on both channel 28 and HD channel 1028: repeated video freezing/pixelation and synchronized audio skipping/dropouts.
Other channels are normal, so this does not appear to be a general TV-box, HDMI, or in-home Wi-Fi problem. The same issue occurs on all other Xfinity devices in our home. Other channels are fine.
Please open a service ticket and escalate this as a Nashville-area channel ingest/distribution or carriage-feed impairment. Please provide the ticket/reference number.

Good evening @user_u73lym! I can see why that's frustrating, especially when you're trying to watch the Predators and the broadcast is stuttering to the point of being unwatchable.
When the channel starts skipping and stuttering, do the on-screen graphics, score, and ticker remain clear while the video is affected, or does the entire picture break up?
Does this happen during commercial breaks?
