Horrible! It's unwatchable. I tried reporting to Comcast but that's the biggest joke in the world. I also tried reporting the following test via the app but that got nowhere. I cannot get past the bot attendant which has the comprehension capabilities of an earthworm.
Here's the deal Comcast/Xfinity:
I am in the Nashville area and am reporting a persistent Xfinity TV channel-feed problem. The Spot – Nashville 28 (WNPX) is severely glitching on both channel 28 and HD channel 1028: repeated video freezing/pixelation and synchronized audio skipping/dropouts.
Other channels are normal, so this does not appear to be a general TV-box, HDMI, or in-home Wi-Fi problem. The same issue occurs on all other Xfinity devices in our home. Other channels are fine.
Please open a service ticket and escalate this as a Nashville-area channel ingest/distribution or carriage-feed impairment. Please provide the ticket/reference number.
