Scripps programming cancellation

I will expect a refund on my monthly tv bill if you do not get these channels back. They are only channels I watch anymore.

Please make some kind of deal with them!!

Scripps owns our local ABC channel, so we can't watch any ABC programming now!

There was no warning that the contract was about to expire! The channels are just gone. All of the DVR recordings are going to be a blank screen.

@user_cmp119​ totally agree we were middle watching a show on Fox 47 and poof off the air. No warning. They sent us email 5 minutes AFTER station was gone. They need to settle and bring stations back. I pay too much to be so rudely treated as not even a heads up.

Yes...we need our channels back. This is a major network in Detroit.. ABC. 

And I do expect a credit also. We pay a premium price for our subscription.

This dispute make NO sense for either Scripts nor Comcast.  You need to settle this immediately.

The alternate for customers is to get an antenna and consume these channels for FREE.  Do both companies understand that?

Comcast/Xfinity will lose customers who pay for literally everything of the company.

Scripts will lose a huge chunk of income thanks to the lower number of consumers that pay a rebroadcasting fee.

This is literally a Lose-Lose situation for both companies.  

Don't be losers.

I am extremely  unhappy with this also. These are my most watch programs and a major station.  If this is not resolved I will be finding another service. we have been customers from the start  . Hope you make a deal soon or you will loose a lot of business  We pay a lot  . We are seniors  .

Having cable TV and not receiving major networks is unacceptable.  This will cause me to go to a full streaming experience, and Comcast is not the best in that situation.

Give us a refund for Scripp channels Xfinity removed from our line up.  We have to pay other providers if we now want those channels.  This is yet one more  reason to explore dropping Xfinity.

Here's a solution to this issue.  We could watch ABC programs on hulu for an extra fee. Why not give us hulu for free until you negotiate with Scripp. You say the cost for ABC would go up. If we have to buy hulu, what is the difference.

Im sick and tired of this contract negotiation [Edited: "Language"]. I pay for cable tv from Comcast not Scripps. I will be canceling cable soon.  Ridiculous!  Xfinity is losing subscribers left and right and now this!

The cancellation of a major network channel (ABC) because of the contract dispute between you and Scripps is unacceptable. We should receive refunds for every day without the channel and you should resolve this dispute immediately. We have been loyal customers for years and have stuck with Xfinity through your Altitude dispute, through major price increases, through misrepresentations. This might finally be the last straw. Ridiculous.

We not only lost fox 47 Lansing a station we watch most but in middle of show with no warning. Dish Network least gives their customers warnings. We got email about 5 minutes after went off air. This is not good customer service. I have been a customer for years and not happy right now. Bring fox 47 Lansing back and also keep your customers updated
