Scripps channels gone

Since April 1, Scripps channels have been pulled.  This is quite unacceptable.  In my city, SLC, UT., the Fox 13 local channel is the only local channel that airs local news when I’m getting ready for work and the local channel airs the best shows at the end of the day as well.   It is unacceptable that Comcast’s/Xfinity has discontinued these channels and I will change carriers if these channels are not reinstated.  This is not the first time there has been a temporary halt.  Do better comcast!    We pay a lot for your service, make it worthwhile!

The Loss of Scripps channels (going on three weeks now) is unacceptable.  We pay for a service (quite handsomely I might add) that is not being delivered, nor has a reduction in cost been offered.  I have been looking for an excuse to jump to Google Fiber and YouTube TV or Dish.  If the channels aren't restored soon, you've made my decision for me.

It has been explained  in the paper, this is really a hockey/ sports dispute…why can’t you offer packages like the MLB baseball package to cover people who want them, AND tell customers what the fee is Scripps is asking for? Comcast has increased our bills almost every year without ANY CONCERNS….why now act like you care?
