All the scheduled recordings are not longer showing or saved

I have experienced the same issue twice over the past few weeks. I understand you have to sync the DVR via an X1 box to get the scheduled recordings to return. The problem is that any recordings you had scheduled prior to detecting this issue fail to record, so I am missing shows, some of which are not OnDemand. I trust Xfinity to provide reliable service. The fact that this issue has happened twice recently is eroding that trust.
This is happening to me today and can’t watch the football games on Thanksgiving. We’ll done Xfinity!! Way to ruin the party. I’m sure your billing system will work just fine though.
