Root sports adjustment
Xfinity dropped Root Sports from my tier and said I would be getting an adjustment moving forward. Been two billing cycles and my monthly bill has not changed. When will I see an adjustment?

Thank you so much for your post for information on Root Sports being moved to a new channel lineup. Customers will automatically be credited until the RSN fee reduction goes into effect. This change took effect on 10/10 Root Sports is still available but has been moved to the Ultimate TV tier. You can take a look here for more information on the change. https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/root-sports-northwest-move-ultimate-tv-package Some customers depending on your bill cycle date may have received the notice of the change on the bill following 10/10 and the adjustments would follow automatically on the bill after. Take a look at your PDF bill online in your Xfinity account to check out the notice there as well.
