roku and basic cable
I have a client that lives in an assisted living facility. Each resident suite has its own coax cable connection that provides basic cable and one of the channels is the facilities own channel.
A new Roku TV was setup and it is unable to find the basic cable channels when scanning for cable channels on the coax cable connection. The old TV was able to display these channels just fine without any additional equipment, but the Roku TV is unable to pick up these channels via coax cable connection.
Any solutions to this issue?

Thanks for reaching out to us. This link https://www.xfinity.com/get-stream has great information on how to access your channels via the awesome Xfinity app on different streaming devices. You'll want to make sure that streaming device is connected to your home Internet network.
