Reruns Listed As New Episodes
01/02/26 - Series manager and channel guide are seeing episodes that are erroneously listed as new; they are actually reruns. And of course, they get recorded if you didn't catch it and delete just that episode!!!!
Latest example is tonight's CBS 8:00 PM EST Sheriff County S1 Ep4 - not NEW!!! And another culprit is SNL; and there are a few more shows too!
Why do we have to continue to put up with this total lack of quality and accuracy!?

@user_a70e61 thanks for bringing this to our attention. We're always looking for ways to improve as a company, and getting feedback on where we can improve the entertainment experience. I'll make sure to pass along the info about the reruns being reported as new episodes, and appreciate you providing some specifics of episodes that are affected as the episode information is provided by the channel who provides the programming. That way our engineer team can work to get that corrected.
