Re-paring TVIO cable card

"My TiVo is getting a V58 Channel Not Authorized error. I need a support agent to completely unpair my CableCARD from my account, delete the old entries, manually type in my Host ID and CableCARD ID numbers, and push a cold hit (Validation signal) to the card."
