Removing add-on channel from package

I'm trying to remove HBO Max from my package's TV channels, but I can't find a way to do this. In fact, I don't see a way to remove or edit my list of TV channels at all online, it only shows me how to add them. I don't want to do this. How do I go in and edit or remove TV channels that I'm currently paying for?

I don't like the fact that it says "Manage TV Channels" online, which implies that you can actually manage the ones you have, but that's not true. You'd think that with the amount of money we are charged every month for service, we would have a lot more freedom to actually decide what we want to have, instead of forcing us to deal with all of it for the sake of a "bundle" price. Especially since these bundles are the only options people are given when signing up for service in most areas. I don't even hardly watch TV, but because I want fast internet and home security system, I'm forced to also pay for cable channels I don't want, and a home phone that I haven't even had connected to a phone jack for 3 years... At the very least, we should be able to choose which channels to remove from the package we are forced to sign up for.
