Removing a channel from my lineup without notification

On March 3, 2026 I was able to watch the Cowboy Channel on channel 1066.  I have been watching this channel since last fall.  On March 4, 2026 when I spoke in to my Xfinity remote and said "Cowboy Channel", it took me to channel 1067 (NOT the Cowboy Channel).  I tried entering channel 1066 directly from my remote.....nothing.  I called and spoke to Keisha, and she couldn't find it either, and she found nothing in my account telling me this channel was being removed.  Why does Xfinity suddenly remove a channel from the lineup that people are paying for, without notification to the customer?  I pay a LOT of money to Xfinity every month and finally found a channel I enjoyed.  Everything else is just re-runs or mouthy opinion based programming that is not of interest to me.  Now you have removed that channel, which means I may have to remove Xfinity from my home.  $340 a month is a lot to pay for very little entertainment.
