Remove premium

How do I remove premium channels from my account? The web page interface gets an error every time with the message "Sorry about that! We had a problem with our site.".

It did that over a month ago when I first tried. When I went back to the page after the error, it showed the channels as removed, so I thought the remove worked even with the error message. However, the new bill came and the unwanted channels were still being charged.

Now I'm wondering if you are totally incompetent or deliberately scamming customers?

The verdict is leaning toward incompetent... In order to post I had to agree to the terms, but the page with the terms is not readable until the "accept" button is pressed. It leaves the "accept" popup open on the "terms" page, blocking scrolling through the terms.

I know it can be frustrating when you are trying to adjust your billing, and you get an error. Did you try to clear cache and cookies before logging in? We can go ahead and assist with removing the premium channel if it is not a part of your package.
