remove choice tv from current plan

Hi, I have choice tv but I want it removed from my plan but it’s not letting me. When I try removing it on the app I get the message “unable to remove this service you may be under a term agreement for a specific period of time”. I have had this account for a few years now so I’m sure I’m not under a term agreement. I need help with canceling the choice tv plan please and thank you!

Can you initiate a direct message and start with your full name and address? To start a direct message, you must be signed in. Please click the "Direct Messaging" icon in the top right of the page next to the bell, and send your message to "Xfinity Support". Talk to you there!
