remove channels

I want remove some channels from my package. the website does not allow me to this

Individual channels cannot be removed from a plan.  The only exception to that would be the premium channels such as HBO, etc.

Our expert is correct, you would not be able to remove individual channels for your package, however, I can definitely review the channel tiers with you and work with getting those changes made to your account.
