Removal of MoviePlex

How was one to know MoviePlex (149) was being removed?  It was part of my "contract".  Am I going to get some reimbursement for this change Comcast made to my "contract"?    Why couldn't a notice be put on the screen at various times to advise this channel would be no longer available after a certain date?

Look at your past statements, that’s where channel changes are announced. It was supposed to be removed at the beginning of the year but pushed back because of the pandemic
