Regional Sports Fee still being charged in Minneapolis Area - WHY?

I am being charged a Regional Sports Fee on my latest bill even through I am unaware of any regional sports channels in our local lineup. How do I get this fee removed from my bill. Since the Minnesota Wild games are not part of the Regional Sports package (at least not as of this date), I see no reason to be charged this fee.
