Refund Request for Unauthorized NOW TV Latino Charges Since April 2026

I just reviewed my past bills and discovered that Xfinity has been charging me $15 per month for NOW TV Latino since April 2026. I was unaware of this service, did not authorize it, and have never used it.
Please cancel NOW TV Latino immediately and refund all charges for this service dating back to April 2026. Please also confirm the total refund amount.
