Yeah, one of the agents got that info to me last night. I found the SD channel, so that works for now. The last time I had a Comcast/Xfinity installer in, he said the house signal was too low for X1, so I'm sticking with the boxes I have for now.
Comcast is making it harder and harder to stay a customer. I'm sold on a certain package and agree to a 2 yr commitment, then every few months I notice channels are dropped and I no longer have what I signed up for. It seems the best way to go is to get a minimal package and augment it with streaming services. You have a lot more control and you can watch them on a variety of devices.
I called on Aug. 17, 2021 about this channel. They told me channel 1429 is part of our "package". Still nothing but a black screen when I click on that channel.

Do you have X1? Reelz Channel became an IP channel last week on channel 1429, and also launched in HD for the first time in most areas.
It should still be available in standard definition on a 3 digit channel number in your area if you don't have X1. These numbers vary by location.
