I have always had Red Zone in my plan but I tried to watch it today, the first Sunday of the season and it says I need a subscription. And I can't even find where to activate the subscription. And I'm hoping this is yet another charge added to my cable bill. The cost goes up and the channels go down...... Please help!!!

Thank you for reaching out to our team about that Red Zone subscription. I definitely understand wanting to make sure you have that service. The Red Zone channel is part of the More Sports package, can you verify that you have that as part of your plan?
