RedZone

I have always had Red Zone in my plan but I tried to watch it today, the first Sunday of the season and it says I need a subscription.  And I can't even find where to activate the subscription.  And I'm hoping this is yet another charge added to my cable bill.  The cost goes up and the channels go down...... Please help!!!
