RedZone is glitching and no other channels are. What is going on?

@user_cb6cad We appologize for the poor service with the NFL Redzone 2 days ago. If you are still having problems when the next game comes on, please let us know. Was this the only service that was affected that day as well?

We’re experiencing the same. Glitchy reception here in Hillsboro, Oregon! The bot recommended getting a new HDMI cable?!? Um it’s only Redzone that’s affected, and I need a new cable for that?!?

Signed in on my phone with my xfinity sign in. It works perfectly on my phone. This is xfinity for sure, not redzone.

It's pretty bad. They said it was a free preview weekend, so wondering if the increased set tops pulling the signal is taxing the feed. Sucks becuase if I was watching this to see if I wanted it...I'd be like, yeah no thanks. Sucks even more to be paying for it and have it be unwatchable.

We switched to the xfinity app and it’s a perfect broadcast.  Only issue now is the husband can’t easily toggle between the Seahawks broadcast and the xfinity app…and that’s just fine by me.

Seattle  , Nothing but constant glitching. What's the point of watching when you never get to see an outcome.  Paying for a channel that you only get  once a week . Do better xfinity.

As someone suggested, Xfinity stream app on Samsung has clear broadcast. Definitely Xfinity cable issue.

Same happening in Washington.  I downloaded Xfinity stream app on my smart tv and redzone coming in clear on the app.

Same in Seattle. One of the only reasons I have cable is Redzone. If this happens again I’ll be dumping service. For fiber and YouTube.
