Red zone choppy

I’m having the same problem as so many others. Red zone freezes often. I am watching with the cable box. Very difficult to watch.

user_w9e7t3 I would recommend checking the Xfinity app to help troubleshoot your concerns. Once you open the app, select Streaming & TV help. The Xfinity Assistant will open up, and will ask you a few questions about your concerns.

I had this same problem on November 24.  Clearly, the Xfinity employee recommending using the Xfinity Assistant has never used this worthless app themselves.  I have this problem on all TVs at the same time.  When many people are having the same problem, it is a problem with Xfinity, not with my equipment and it is ridiculous for me, while I am trying to watch football, to spend hours on the phone with someone who is following a script and clearly know less about Xfinity service than I do.  When many people have the same issue, resetting my cable box won't fix it.
