Recording NHL center ice games

Similar to other complaints, I’ve seen on here my DVR routinely records, the wrong broadcast for NHL center. In fact, it even shows the recording red dot on the correct channel Wallet is only recording the other channel

user_m4up12 Thanks for posting to our Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that you've missed some important games due to the DVR recording issues. Have you already tried any troubleshooting steps yourself or have gone through the automatic steps through the Xfinity app? The app is always a great starting point since it will send refresh/reboot signals if needed and can walk through other steps that could be helpful reminders as well.
