Recording conflicts

I see everyone is experiencing this problem. Even though my DVR is supposed to be able to record 6 programs at a time I can only recorded 2 before I get a scheduling conflict. Why has this not been resolved?

.@user_da34b0 Hi there, sorry to learn about the DVR issues. When the error happens, what kind of messaging are you getting on the tv screen?

@XfinityJodie​ Problem has been resolved. Xfinity reset my DVR and now all is well.

Have they come up with a solution? I get a recording conflict while trying to record two programs at the same time...I should be able to record 6.
