Record same program at different times.
ABC Nightly news is on at 2 times most days in my area. I want to record BOTH versions, as there is a West Coast variant that is not always available. I have tried everything I can think of, but the DVR will not record the later variant. Suggestions?

Hey there user_k0wb9o 👋 Thanks for stopping by our community! I know how useful having the same channel on two different broadcasts can be, especially when I'm trying to catch something I miss hahah. If you have the program you're wanting recorded set to record regularly, it won't record the same program twice unless the channel guide distinguishes the episodes differently in same way to avoid duplicate recordings, so in order have both of the same programs recorded, you would need to instead set those specific episodes to record manually. Are you able to try this and let me know if it works?
