Recommendation for Xfinity

Improvements that would help reverse customer complaints and service cancellations would include:

* Review TV channels - some channels, like Story Television, freeze several times in an hour then start again. Each time the channel freezes, the viewer loses the program information that ran during the freeze. Also, each time the channel freezes, it freezes your ability do anything. You cannot even change channels until the frozen channel starts again.

* Review DVR service - More than half of all new recordings freeze and then stop and you get a box saying the DVR service is having a problem and you are left with no option but to try and start over, but then it freezes and stops again. If you're lucky, you can use fast forward to get past the spot where the program keeps freezing and if that works, you can watch the rest of the recording.

* Review your website - It needs to be simplified and made user friendly. Right now, it is not.

* Review your negotiation goals and tactics - Suspending channels over cost disagreements with providers really makes customers want to find a service that handles negotiations better and don't make customers suffer.
