Rdk-10000 ERROR MESSAGE!! NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!!

I have had the error message RDK-10000 FOR 4 days now!!!! No one seems.to be able to help!! Thinking of switching to Dishnet!!

@user_y86lwn, thank you for reaching out to the Xfinity Forum. 4 days with an error message is 4 longer than we want to see, so let's go ahead and get this addressed. Firstly, have you already attempted any troubleshooting steps using theXfinity Support page?
