QVC Repeatedly Takes over Current Channel

QVC repeatedly interrupts the current channel being watched. During a channel change, it will switch to QVC instead. When just watching television normally, it will switch to QVC with no prompting. This issue appears to have bee around for a while with no clear solution. Help appreciated.

Same thing happens to me all the time, also fox sports has started popping on! It is completely annoying, seems nothing is being done to resolve the issue

I am having that exact same issue now but its JTV, Jewelry TV that keeps popping up!  I can't even open Netflix without JTV popping up and it pops up in the middle of whatever I'm watching! I'm so aggravated!
