promotions

My promotion  will expire on 10  November 2021. Am I able to get a new promotion to reduce my cable bill (TV, internet and phone) or must I start reducing services. I have been with Comcast over 30 years, but being retired I need to make changes to continue being a customer. I have occasionally received help through these forums in the past. When I try to make changes online I receive a message to contact Comcast representative to make changes. My dealings with Customer Service in the past over this and other issues is generally frustrating and not very helpful.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

 

 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

 

 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

 

 Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

 

   Press Enter to send it

I was able to basically continue with a promotion for 2 more years and while everyone at Xfinity Support was helpful it is a confusing process to me. I wish there was more of an “alacart” choice to the channels and pricing. I know in 2 years I will be looking at other options again.
