Problems with receiving the fox news channel now for over a week

For over a week now I have had problems with the reception of the fox news channel. All other channels are working fine.

When I tune to the fox news channel, the reception starts breaking up in to squares. I have rebooted the box several times and have done several resets. I called comcast for tech support and explained this and she put be on infinity hold for 45 minutes, so I hung up.

I want my fox news channel, can someone please fix this?
