Problems with NBA League Pass

Purchased NBA pass on my iPhone through their app several weeks ago. For the past three weeks I’ve been able to watch pre-season and post season games on Xfinity. Now I get a msg that I need to subscribe to this channel and am not able to view any games. Xfinity Assistant tried to help but was not able to fix the issue.

Thank you for reaching out to us @bqtchef! I see the NBA League Pass can be ordered by saying “NBA League Pass” into your Xfinity Voice Remote, online here, or by reaching out to us.

 

You mentioned purchasing it through their app on your phone. Just to confirm, did you order this through NBA’s app?

I have the same problem.. Trying to chat to a live Xfinity Agent but can not connect to anyone... their chat app is not responsive....

@user_7aih3n Thanks for adding to the thread. We appreciate it, and are happy you thought of us to assist. We have the best tools, just like the Xfinity Assistant. It is the best resource to manage the account and service online when we are not available. It is my favorite as I can check the service health, and also reboot the wifi for dinner time.
