prime video app

When I select APP with remote and then select PRIME VIDEO, the screen goes dark and a prime arrow comes up with 3 dots under it. After about a minute, the search stops and i cannot get to PRIME video.  What is wrong?

@user_7btu4g Our team can help. I would like to troubleshoot with you. Are other apps having he same issue?

How are you watching? Is it through your cable box, mobile phone, tablet etc? Can you restart your cable box? If it's an app on your phone or tablet can you uninstall it and reinstall it for us and try again?
