Possible to change Local NBC station, to out state? Local NBC Overriding Race with weather.

WPBT tv is over riding the national NBC broadcast of IMSA tv race at Road America (now).

we had a Hurricane, then a tropical storm, but it already moved offshore, but they are running 24 hour news.

How can I watch the National NBC broadcast? when I search, it always redirects me to my local NBC station.

zero luck geting any help from comcast..
