POP channel
I've been having problems with POP TV for months. It hiccups like a broken record. It will pause, backtrack a little, repeat a few seconds of program, and do it again several times, then advance a bit and repeat. Some days are fine, but many are not.
Am I the only one?

@renata Thanks for creating a post on our Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that this channel has been giving you trouble for so long. Is this the only channel that is causing issues? Have you run tried running the automated troubleshooting steps through the Xfinity App already?
