Poor reception

I started having terrible tv reception yesterday September 19.  My "cable" tv picture appears to be from an antenna.  The picture and sound break up.  Some channels won't even open due to connectivity issue.  I have tried calling and e-mailing Xfinity.  All that I get is a useless AI assistant.  I believe AI should be AS for artificial stupidity.
