To confirm, what exact issues or problems are you experiencing when trying to watch Pluto through the X1 cable box? 

Pluto should be removed as sn option, it never works - if an ad plays it freezes. Xfinity is just altogether a scammy outfit shelling out subpar product for ever increasing prices.
