Platinum member cannot activate Peacock

I've been trying to activate Peacock on my account.  Over the last three days, I've talked with four reps two of which worked with my account and said I would get a call back in 1-2 hours. I have not received any new information.  As a Platinum Rewards member it says I should be able to get Peacock for free.  However, I don't see Peacock as an option in my Rewards.  When I log onto Peacock (as I use to have access prior to changing internet level) it says "You are not currently subscribed."  When I try the xfinity.com/activate-peacock it says "We’re sorry, your account isn’t eligible for this Peacock offer."  I was also provided with the following link but I do not have X1, Xumo Stream Box, or Flex as I watch through the Xfinity Stream App (https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/peacock-app-overview).  How do I go about getting this reward so I can Activate my Peacock account?
