Pixilated Channel

I live in a condominium with 19 units - 1414 1st Ave West, Seattle, Washington 98119.  We have not been able to receive the CNN channel for several months.  The reception is broken and pixelated. It seems to be the only channel with this problem and others in our condominium building have the same issue.
