I am having the same issue. I have restarted the cable box and the xfi gateway. It JUST started this past weekend and it is only on some channels. For example, Food Network is fine. We can view it and audio is clear. However, if we switch to Animal Planet, the picture on the screen is the last image that was on Food Network (very pixelated) and the audio is from Food Network. An error message has also come up on the screen stating that there is an error on Comcast’s end. I just want to be able to view the channels that we watch most often and pay to be able to watch!
