Thanks for posting to the Xfinity Forum to make us aware of your pixelation issues on that one particular channel. I can understand how much of an inconvenience this can be, especially if this is one of your favorite channels. We'd be happy to determine what needs to be done to fix this.
How many cable boxes do you have? If more than one, does it happen on all cable boxes?
Are you using an HDMI cord? Have you tried replacing it?
Does it happen on live TV, On Demand, recorded programs, or are all three affected by pixelation?
Can you:
- Check the coaxial cable at the wall plate - Check the coaxial cable at the video device - Ensure the coaxial cable is connected to the "Cable In" port on the video device - Adjust/remove any unused/unnecessary splitters if applicable.
