Pixelation issues Science Channel HD Flint Mi market

I have constant pixelation issues with the SCIHD (211) in the Flint area. I have had the entire house from the outside drop through my home retired by a cable contractor. Every time comcast is contacted it's well reset your box and if that doesn't work well send a technician out. It's always the same result we can't find anything wrong... Enoughs enough. Maybe a call to the FCC might get some action.. I'm fed up !!

Thanks for reaching out to us as a customer myself I know how important it is to have a strong reliable connection. If you go through troubleshooting steps on the app and it can't be fixed remotely our awesome chat assistant would connect you with the chat agent that will send a technician out that will be able to fix everything

 

Have you had a technician recently out to check your services and the pixelation issues you're having?
