Pixalated Sports channels
All channels are fine except the sports channels
They are pixalated and poor quality. Used the troubleshooter went through all restarts, checked connections and did not work. Still very poor quality and no resolution. What am I paying for??

I am with you on this question, all the money that this cable provider makes off of us and still poor quality in a product that should be flawless imho.

I have been having the same problem for the past week. A tech came out yesterday and upgraded some equipment, but they still don't work. I pay extra for the Sports Package and am not getting many of the channels. VERY Frustrating!!!
